Yummmm...

Mmmmm, mmm! Just had me a cheese/bacon quesadilla for lunch, and boy, was it good! Used one of Mission's other-than-your-run-of-the-mill tortillas, a tomato/basil version - very tasty! Something to be said for having pre-cooked baked bacon in the freezer too. Comes in right handy sometimes when I don't know what else to have for lunch and don't want to be bothered with too much prep.
