LaVar Arrington... hardly the sportsmanship role model of the year. What . A . Putz!! So now he's spouting off that he kept the Redskins defensive playbook. Ha, I guess that's supposed to have us quivering in our cleats. *sigh*

Linebacker coach Dale Lindsey, said it best when he ripped Arrington Wednesday in the Washington media. When asked if he expected Arrington to share secrets about Washington's defense, Lindsey's response was:

"None. He didn't know anything when he was here," Lindsey said. "What makes you think he'll know something up there?"

That sentiment was confirmed by cornerback Shawn Springs.

The Giants deserve his cry baby, whiney-ass self. Good riddance.
