One of our favorite plant nurseries has closed its doors. No warning, not an inkling of trouble, just a "closed, thanks for all your business" sign, and it is no more. We've been shopping there for years - she had some of the prettiest flowers/plants around and some great seasonal produce.

I am still very sad about my favorite department store closing years ago. I still haven't gotten over it!

i feel your pain... i woke up one morning at 5 to go to where i had my PAID gym membership to find it all closed up with deadbolts on it. i was not the only annoyed person there... the instructor of the class was standing right out there with us not sure what had happened.
