Didja ever wonder...???
How come service people never, ever come when they say they will? How come when you plan your day around a carefully discussed, pre-determined time, worked out with their scheduler, and your husband takes off from work so he can talk to the guy... they come an hour early? And seem like they're doing you a favor cuz they showed up at all? How come that is? 'Tis a puzzlement...Grrrrrrrrr!

Wow, they came an hour EARLY? Usually techs and service people that come to our house are 1-3 hours LATE!

Now that would suck! A little something (or maybe a medium to big something) for me to be thankful for...we've never really had those kinds of problems. I know it would make me pissy!
I wouldn't usually complain about them being early... it was only sucky cuz by the time Lew got home, the guy had been here and gone so he wasted the time off... happens all the time.
We had that problem with the cable company a month or so ago. They gave us the 4 hour window, and John arranged to not be busy at work during that time so he could run home. They showed up early, he wasn't able to get here, and I was trying to answer their questions with him on the phone, everyone getting irritated. AND, they didn't fix the problem. After all that, they said they had to refer us to another dept! Jerks!!!
